the 40 UHF CB simplex and repeater channels plus up to 88 additional
channels are available for monitoring frequencies in 450MHz to
500MHz band.

The IC-400PRO is also compatible and fully approved
for use on Licensed Land Mobile Services at 25W within the 450-500MHz
band * at 12.5 or 25kHz when re-configured by an Authorised Icom
